RonaScreed Flowable Base

RonaScreed Flowable Base is a flow applied underlay screed for residential, commercial and light industrial areas. It provides a hard, durable base for RonaScreed Flowable Topping or floor finishes such as sheet vinyl, carpet or tiles. The material gains strength quickly and can be accessed by foot traffic in as little as 2 hours.

Water addition per 20kg: 4.0 - 4.5 litres
Working time @20°C: 20-30 minutes
Foot traffic @20°C: 2 hours
Application thickness (unfilled): 1mm to 15mm
Application thickness (filled): 16mm to 50mm

Overlay times @20°C:
3-10mm thickness 24 hours for floor coverings
50mm thickness 72 hours for floor coverings
3mm thickness 4 hours for ceramic tiles

The screed must achieve a compressive strength of at least 25N/mm² before
the application of a resin floor finish.

1 day >11N/mm²
7 day >20N/mm²
28 day >37N/mm²

Flexural strength:
1 day 1.4N/mm²
7 day 2.6N/mm²
28 day 6.9N/mm²
